Easy to use3 steps!

STEP 1Choose your language and start trading.

  1. Please select Language.
  2. Click "Start Trading".
  3. Please note that deposited notes cannot be returned, and then press "Confirm."

STEP 2Scan the coupon and insert foreign currency.

  1. Please press "Yes" on the coupon QR code confirmation screen.
  2. Click on "Special Rate Coupon!" at the bottom right of this page to display the coupon QR code.
  3. Please turn on the brightness of your smartphone screen and hold the coupon QR code over the foreign currency exchange machine.
  4. Please press "Confirm" on the coupon QR code confirmation screen.
  5. Please insert bills one at a time. You can insert up to 100,000 yen in Japanese yen.*Please note that there have been many cases of machines giving errors when inserting a credit card.

STEP 3Banknotes and coins are ejected

  1. The payment amount will be displayed and a statement will be printed.
  2. The banknotes will be dispensed.
  3. Coins will be dispensed.

The foreign currency notes will be returned.
We are very sorry, but there are some banknotes that cannot be recognised by currency exchange machines due to being dirty or wrinkled, and some banknotes that are no longer accepted due to the year of issue.
Please check if the currency is supported.
I put in foreign currency but no Japanese yen came out.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please submit the refund request form or fill out the refund instructions located on the machine and send us an image by email.
We will refund your payment using your preferred method.
